I'm really not sure because we are so busy in the shop. We do have all the main components in stock to build it, just a matter of time.

i bet once you get the fuel straightened out you will have a bit more room to go but over 600rwhp on a stock 5.3 is sick.

jacks you shoulda hit me up on saturday, i woulda head over to the shop. coulda raced you too if you have me a 3 second head start LOL.

Just read this entire post! Very impressive build! Thank you for posting all of your efforts and results. Couple questions. How much do you think the methanol alone is worth in horsepower gains? Will you be selling an entire kit with install instructions at some point?

Well, here is a sneak peak picture at what we are working on for the fuel system. We made this surge tank, and placed it where the stock coolant overflow reservoir was, the small reservoir mounted to the surge tank is the new overflow reservoir that we made. We also are installing a new fillerneck in the upper radiator hose. This isnt complete, we are waiting for a few fittings still, which will be here in a couple days so this will sit like this until then. Then we will finish plumbing everything. We created an electric device that allows us to alter fuel pressure report to the FPCM, so we are going to try to use the stock fuel pump and FPCM to feed this surge tank which is equipped with an Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump, which will also utilize a full return fuel system. I hope it works, testing will tell...

So does the stock fuel pump pressurize that tank?

It shouldn't really see pressure. The stock pump feeds this, then the a1000 feeds the fuel rail, then the return line comes off the other rail back into this tank, then another return line feeds back to the stock tank from this surge tank. The a1000 will also have a variable speed controller so its not running full tilt at idle and cruising speeds.
