we all know the twistlocks from superbrightleds are keyed incorrectly & don't make good contact without untwisting them halfway, so what have some of y'all done to mitigate that? half my lights trun on & off when bumps/vibrations jar the minimal connection

How about the Headlight switch, how does the LED attach to the circuit board? Do you replcae the bulb in the removable housing or just go straight to the board? And which terminal is positive on the board?

Edit:
OK I got an LED on the board and figured out which side is positive. I hooked everything up and its pretty dim once all the trim and face plates get put back on. Waiting to see how it looks after the sun goes down.

I mean they are really dim. Dimmer than stock bulbs. In going to try a different color and see if it works.

OK got em on and they are superbright and awesome! I also think I may have figured out how to light up the dimmer symbol at the bottom of the dimmer wheel. I drilled a small hole in the dimmer plaastic housing, then soldered in an LED to the posts the orginal bulb ran off of. I forgot to put a resistor in and I would recommend it cuz I blew the first LED out when I hooked it up to power. I need to extend the LED just a bit to get it in the hole though, but you guys get the idea.
