Ground the wire that comes from the box. The wire in the loom I just taped off. You'll see my wire is green from the box,m that's because I took the yellow wire out of the connector and just put a new wire that I ran to a ground point.

You can't do the "diode thang" on 99-02....gotta cut or buy a kit.

Well......
I think you could.

I dont know anyone with a 99-02 near me in New England.
But, I think if you look in the relay box for the Highbeam and lowbeam relays. Find the signal to the relay coil. Put the Diode between the signals. That should work.
Anyone have a 99-02 near me that wants the mod for free, I'll do it for ya?
The yellow wire is a MUCH easier mod to do though.

Further Understanding

The diode has one side that has a white bar. The white bar should go twards the High Beam signal (T1). The bar should always point twards the trigger. The other end of the diode should be in the Lows (B4) And ANOTHER diode should be used for the fogs, with the bar twards T1 like the other. But this time the other end goes in the Fog (B5) Like the Attached Pic.

oh yeah UNPLUG THE CONNECTOR WHEN WORKING ON IT!
HAVE THE KEYS OUT OF THE IGNITION WHEN INSTALLING THE DIODES (incase you touch the wrong wire, you won't F it up)
