i did it a little different but i have pics..
Well i figured it out yesterday In the most easy form.
You need some Jumper wires 1N4004 12 volt relay and some shrink tubing.

Ok see in the pic the Red circles Those represent where the jumper wires go. On the high beam and low both its the bottom right on both, then on the fog relay its the top left.

Now notice the blue circles thats where the major numbers on the relay need to be on the outside. 8567 and 8566 i believe in big letters are the numbers..The three relays you are jumping will be facing the opposite way of the others.

that is all now when you drive around you can have the low beams with fogs or without. When you kick on the high beams no matter what Low kick and fogs kick on (even if you didnt have em on before).:head:

Just a note for those about to solder the diode to the relays... when soldering the jumper lead to terminals 85 to both relays keep the solder on the contacts to a minimum. If you install the relays and the high beam come on and then all four come on during the low beam selection, don't resolder the the diode the other direction, just switch the relays, high for low and low for high. This on the the 2004+ trucks of course. Also, this is just for the Hi4 mod, no jumpers to fogs or anything else.

Did this last week, never had any problems. I hooked it up so where every light on the front of my truck is on when I hit the brights. Man, it is bright as crap. My suggestion is that if you do it like 04BlackSilverado originally stated, make sure none of the diodes are touching. Also, make sure that they are in there all the way.

Since 04BlackSilverado has had his done for so long and had no problems, i suppose there really isn't any reason to worry. So, when you buy some hi4 kit from PAINLESS or some wiring co. like that, why do they include a relay thats rated 30 amps?

so if i do it this way do i still need a diod to just make my lows come on with my highs. or can i just run a wire from one red circle to the other. an no relay?
