This 5.0 was behind me when I turned onto the highway and I didnt get into it until 2nd. The poor mustang had to draft me until 95mph and then he creeped by me. The big rig is running strong. Cant wait for that Whipple...

I've raced a few at the track. I had one nip me at the line that was supercharged. And a full bolt on I beat by a whole truck. There pretty quick. Good race n nice truck.

 

So... How did you figure he knew it was a "race"?

Find it hard to believe a truck with your mods could hold off a 112mph car that long.

Sounds like you romped on it and at some point in time he figured he would lay in it..

And JC... A full bolt on 5.0 should be in the 11s@120mph range... And you pulled in a car length being cam only?

Well if he wanted a real race he would have changed lanes instead of pullin that draftin BS. And when he laid into it behind he should have flew around me. My rig is fast. Guess ya just had to be there...
