If you hold the pedal all the way down it will not inject fuel at all. Its called flood clear. It will turn it over, just not inject fuel, its meant to clear out the engine if its flooded.

If you go to calibration details you can chose how you want to lock it. If its tuner locked though, only you should be able to change it (or whatever tuner box flashed the tune).

I just checked calibraion details and its says: OSMod Locked (then i check the file before i converted it to 2bar and its not locked) it somehow got locked after u converted it to 2bar, tuner hasnt messed with this file in a year, always worked for me making changes so im sure its not him)

I just tried WOT and started for like 10 second after that i started without WOT and it sounded like the truck would start, it keep on for a second longer or so and then died, how can i get the air out?

Yours is a fly by wire TB right? Try adding 10% more air to the base running airflow table, sounds like its needs more air.

In the mean time you can take off any small ports on the intake you have running to a hose or blocked off. It may idle high, but if its works you know you just need to add air in the tune.

Update: Since i wasnt able to change anything on my tune in the middle of everything because it somehow "locked" and hptuners support was out of the office ive been waiting....., atomic pointed out i made a mistake changing the injector info, so i went to the junkyard and got another stock pcm, this time i can read but not make changes since the vin doesnt match (again waiting on hptuners support to change VIN) i couldnt resist and try to start the truck even the tune being stock and BAM it started right away

Once i get my original pcm fixed or the vin changed on the other one i´ll swap my latest file in with the correct injector info and start making changes

So it started fine with a completely stock PCM and your 80lb injectors in there? That doesnt seem right...

i just compared the file with another stock file and it is different, i guees it came out of a modified truck (could have been risky :s), i attached the exact same file that the truck was running with on the video

UPADTE: well after a week of bothering i came to the conclucion the reason my pcm locks is it somehow got an error when i converted OS to 2bar, seems like it doesnt happend very often but i read some have had that problem before

I had the pcm reseted to factory settings with the vin number, a local shop could do that for me, now i can make changes without it getting locked

And too my surpise the truck starts with a completly stock 6.0/4l80e file :s

I´ll have more updates ones its tuned

The fact that it starts and runs fine with a factory tune is not a good thing....you have injectors that are almost 4x the size of stock ones. If nothing else has changed you should be way way too rich. Double check your injectors.
