The LS7 TB will usually work with or without cutting the pink wires, but will open more if they are cut. In the odd case, an LS7 TB will operate like a truck style TB and the pink wires must not be cut or REP mode will be triggered.
The old X-Link 1.0 units had a single long pink wire that has to be connected to a 5V reference source. Those units will not work with the truck style TB unless you add an external resistor.

My truck does the same thing FP wise at key on, I get about 60psi then after the pump shuts off it drops down to like 10-15 psi real quickly. My solution is either start the truck when the pump is on for the first three seconds or turn the key off and back on to prime it again and start the truck then!
Or just keep cranking till the FP raises up and the truck starts cuz the fuel pump kicks in when your cranking! No biggie!!

I am in REDUCED ENGINE POWER mode (rep) now, so my first inclination is to reconnect the wires together.
I recently had the entire AC system polished, lines - dryer - pump - bracket, I will double check those connections but I really doubt anything was cut.
Zippy when you get a chance give me a shout, I tried calling you earlier, it went to VM.
I really need to get this bitch started today, thanks for all of your help guys - anyone else have ideas on those codes maybe?

Josh - I have fuel pressure now, that isnt an issue anymore, but for fuel lines -
-10 main from fuel pump goes into a fuel filter then splits off at a Y block, two -8 lines feed the rails, out the front 2 -6 lines goto the FPR, a -8 return goes back into the surge tank... all of the fittings are tight without any leaks.
The only problem are the two codes
