Yeah, the cheap propane torches make it super easy to get a good solder job with the larger crimp connectors.

Did you get any pics of the Zonda?

I need to replace the stock hose that runs from the fuel pump to the underside of the bucket feed. What aftermarket upgrade is a good substitute for that type of fuel line?

It's this ribbed orange one in this pic...

i used some goodyear brand high pressure fuel line, it has a blue nylon type material inside it. and some stainless hose clamps. My stock line blew out with my walbro, then i used some high pressure hose without the nylon and it blew out. Get that goodyear hose and some good clamps and you shouldnt have any issues. I suggest once you make the new line let the fuel bucket sit in some gas for a day or so to let the line absorb some and then make a final tightening on the clamp.

You know what, unless I'm mistaken I think I bought something like that 3 days ago that I am planning on using to vent the gas tank. Bought like 10 feet of something that had a blue insert inside the hose. I'll take a better look at it but if that's the case than I'm stoked as I already have what's needed!!

Cool deal about letting it sit in gas. I'll post up what I find.

Also if anyone else has any suggestions, let me know.

Yeah you need the submersible gates hose. All other fuel hose will come apart. Its like 20-30 bucks per foot but its worth the piece of mind.
