Sick bike and sick van!
19mpg ain't too shabby is it !!!!!
Nice setup for camping/sleeping , but looks like you've been watching bang bus episodes hahaha!
Some guys just have no van love do they ? I get the free candy remarks all the time, but I really do enjoy driving it daily ,it rides awesome and feels like a real vehicle, not a tiny cheap POS, except its hard to see sometimes , love that I can haul stuff and keep it dry

Yeah, there really is not love for us Van-lovers but that's ok!! I love it and that's all that matters, it's an acquired taste anyways isn't it!

Yup, best part is hauling stuff and being able to keep it safe no matter where you go, bad part is the blind-spots are terrible in it!

Negative. Shipping out on Tuesday for 6 weeks and when I get back I'm gonna be looking to buy an abandoned building/warehouse with the hopes of turning it into a bachelor pimp pad/loft and workshop. So I've been saving my pennies more or less so I have enough for a down payment on a place. So right now all spending on the van is on hold. However...
It doesn't mean I haven't been researching things!! So I've been looking for some Heavy Duty Bumpers and I ran across these ones. Some of them are so expensive I'm tempted to build my own.
Option 1:

Option 2:

Option 3:

Also found some pretty cool rear bumpers that have storage options that I'm very interested in:

I also found a couple vans that some people have already built that are similar to what I plan on building.

I have this crazy thing on my bucket list that I plan to do in my life that will require a vehicle of this nature to do. So my goal is to get this van ready and finished for when the time comes to do it.

I like how they cut the back of that one van off and made a mini truck bed on the back but probably not very practical.
I like the heavy tube front bumper with Plated lower half.
Also like the rear bumper with all the extra storage Idea. As long as it's lockable...

And I saw another van that had the back cut off for the purpose of towing a 5th wheeler. Was interesting but really nullifies the fact that you had a van. Might as well buy a Crewcab truck at that point I would think.
They have a rear bumper that has a box that can store a generator. That would be pretty sweet I would think, that way I wouldn't have to hide the generator under the body between the frame rails.
I've also been thinking of converting this van into 4wd but not sure if it's worth the $$.

Which bumper you talking about Joseph? Option 1 or Option 3?

A 4x4 Van would be Awesome!!! I wonder if there are differences in the frames like on the trucks.
