Thanks man! I like these wheels too. All my offroading and HD buddies kept telling me to get them and I was iffy about it but turned out that they are one of only a handful of wheels that fit my rig so I bought them and now I really love them!!

Good tire choice, those are nice.
Can you do a DSP5 on that model? (efi live 5 positiion switch)
Yeah, just got the tires on today, they look really really good with the wheels. I'm very very happy with them!!
Yes I can do DSP5 and I plan on doing it, first I need to install my new DP that I bought and then I just need to find someone to walk me through the process of the install of the switch and also someone to tune it. Tuning it is where I'm gonna need the most help with it.

oh yeah this things needs more boost!!
Haha, more boost...maybe. I just have to be careful because it has a 4L85E and not the allisson behind it. I looked into wraps and just for materials I'm looking at $1500-1800, that's not including design and application so it just might be cheaper to paint it. Still undecided until I get the theme figured out. That's what I'm using the Plasti-dip for, just trying to figure out what works and what doesn't.

So I got the tires today and they look GOOD!!! I'm really happy with these tires, they are Toyo's Open Country A/T II LT245/75/R16.

Here they are on my spare tire:

And here's what my Van looks like with them on:

Kinda hard to see in this picture since it's so bright but they look really good IMO!

So all I have to figure out now is whether or not I should paint the center hubs to match, or if I should paint the center caps to match. I don't necessarily want any other colors in the wheels. However I was thinking if paint the center caps to match I would leave the chevy emblem in the center white. But I digress, still got a ways to go!

I think the more Black accents I put on the van the better that Plasti-dip front will look. Right now it's a little front heavy with the Black.

So I also bought a few more things today, really blew my budget out the window but I couldn't resist and had to get it!! It still has to be made so probably 4-5 weeks and it will also be powder-coated black, same as the wheels. I'm getting it built without the brush guard, just the main bumper:

I'm also getting a rear bumper built, will look something like this with the addition of a spare tire rack that will hold the tire over the Driverside rear door.

Looks good Julien! Those tires definately look bigger than normal 245's.

Thankfully they aren't!! Just did my first fill up and I didn't lose much if any on gas mileage, got 19.2 on this last fill up which was the first with these tires.

Haha, you should do it!! They really are just a cheaper version of our trucks, they have the same chassis and drivetrains just different bodies. They are more useful, but just less cool. Maybe one day there will be enough of us to make them cool! lol

Yeah, I think that bumper will really weigh me down but Diesels don't care dude!!
There's a guy on a diesel forum who rolls around with 800lbs in tools, plus the same steel bumpers and he's pulled 25mpg's with his van on certain occasion. So I think I should be ok.

So I painted a few things, got all the center caps painted as well as the bow-tie up front. I have to admit, not really all that happy with either of them.
I'm gonna paint the hubs and get some black lug nuts and see how much better I like or don't like the wheels without the center caps.
