Grippy, Nice work! So you have to dissassemble all the clips, then put on the heat shrink and then reassembe the clips? Is that correct?

anyway, that power steering tool made removing the pulley ridiculously easy, highly recommend this bad boy!

Anywhere I can buy this tool online or locally? I need a pulley puller for this exact purpose!

Most any parts stores carry power steering pulley pullers, and I'm pretty sure AutoZone has this tool on the "loan a tool" program.

I ordered my stuff through Bizrate I think.

Be home later this week to finish stripping the paint/powder-coat off the parts that are getting sent out for polish. I didn't exactly expect or plan to go the bling route but I'm happy with the decision none-the-less.
