Hahahaha!! A tank of gas is going to last about 5 trips around the block. That new engine is going to be thirsty
I betcha the first stop you make out of the driveway is at a gas station.
60+lb injectors will move a lot of fuel in a hurry.

Any chance you could post some pics of the wiring harness when it's reinstalled? I'm fascinated by that mod.

Glad to see ya home Grippy

that's what I was thinking, just a little measure of insurance, nothing ridiculous or complicated

Just ride the 954. It isn't as if the weather ever gets colder than 70* in San Diego. Isn't the average year round temperature 76*?

had a good time today, first we (Joe and I) laid out the harness in the engine bay in accordance with the new routing scheme. One very cool thing about the new layout is you can disconnect the much smaller top engine wiring harness, lay it over the drivers side fender and have full access to work on the engine, zero wires to get in your way

Anyway, heres how the new layout will roughly look, remembering the heat shrink greatly reduces the diameter of the wire loom:

Pleasure to help again. The Heat Shrinking takes time but it is well worth the effort!

Honestly...that looks like fun! I just finished running 7 ethernet cables to 7 different rooms around the ship so people can have internet in their rooms on the ship and I had a blast doing it.

I second that!!! The reward is when it is all finished!!! You need to help with mine when I get it back from Calibrations. It makes it so much easier with 2 people.
