I did very little google on the concept while at work, but studying the picture I think he intends to feed bypass oil back into the pump, this making the pump work less: aka reducing parasitic loss.
All while driving a blower?

Come on guys....what’s with the spiteful comments? Who pissed in y’alls Cheerios? I know for a fact that I have not and would appreciate the negative b.s. non-helpful comments to cease as there are others that enjoy this stuff even if you do not. Just because I’m not a Brian Tooley .660” magic stick 3 circle jerker it seems as though I’m not with the in
Thoughts? My thoughts are be really sure before you open your soup cooler

You need to have thicker skin. You're on the internet for crying out loud. The confusion is trying to save a minuscule amount of drag from the oil pump yet your motor has all the drag from the blower you're putting on it. If you were doing NA or turbo, electric waterpump, no AC, no power steering pump, ETC ETC to get rid of any parasitic loss, then maybe more people would be on board with your theory

I don't think anyone is being spiteful. On an all out NA build where every 1% counted, I could see this helping get a "world record number". However, with driving the blower costing you 150-200hp, I just don't see DICK helping get you anywhere. The benefit is far outweighed by the power adder, imo.

Hey to each his own then . I’ll say it again just keep your negative comments to yourself is all like the ones you two just posted. You don’t like it fine keep your mouth shut about it but if you wish o waste YOUR time posting negative comments then have at it.

Even the article you posted is an NA motor with an electric water pump.
As far as being negative, I don't think you get to accuse us of circle jerking, but then say "please say nice things or nothing at all". It's a bit hypocritical. Also, the only negative thing I've seen is "hey, if that **** fails it might cost you a motor" and it wasn't said out of spite. It was a fair warning.
The mosy negative thing ive said is "lots of effort for little return"
like you said, to each their own. Have at it. Might be risky to risk the motor health for 1-2hp while losing upwards of 100 to drive the blower

But yeah I really should’ve went turbo cause they cause no parasitic loss....hahahaha hohoho....jolly good ****....man I really should’ve went nitrous to really have really just really gotten zero loss!!! Holy crap who wants this blower?!?! I’m going all nitrous turbo now
