Getting close! I tried posting a video of me spinning the wrist pin for about 15seconds (I've gotten solid 20second spins on it) but imgur is saying it doesn't support the file. I'm fairly confident they'll all still be there when I tear it back apart after a couple thousand miles.

I believe Microblue applies it with air. Not sure if it is a high or low pressure system.
Either way, he made the comment to us several times that once the product was on, it was impossible to remove by any conventional means...
Some of the **** rinsed right off in my parts washer. I was a little more than disappointed in his entire job.

Yeah they use high pressure blasting (they call it impingement) to apply the tungsten. It probably washed off the extra residual tungsten as it doesn't not adhere to itself. It goes on 1micron thick (.00004"-.00005") And I agree that it is impossible to remove from the substrate unless you blast, machine, abraded the surface. Strong bases or acids will remove it but normal oils , fuels, cleaners etc won't. Even a strong cleaner like acetone won't remove it. The thing with Mircoblue is that they don't use any binders like how the Cerakote Mircoslick does. Mircoblue also REM polishes the parts which just enhancess the WS2. Hell they use it spacecraft bearings etc. I just mixed a little of the tungsten powder with a few ounces of oil and squirted it the crankcase of my Silverado. At .6micron the filter won't catch it. It should burnish itself into the moving parts.
