My lifted 00 silverado Lq9 swap and turbo build

It does take more, but it's not hard.
My stock PCV valve on the drivers side is drilled out with a line to the vented catch can which then connects to the intake. I also have a line from the turbo air intake to the passenger valve cover to pull vacuum on the crankcase under boost. There's no oil smell or anything, function like stock but better.

Has anyone had problems getting the turbo to seal up from exhaust leaks around the turbo flange to the trick manifold? Mine has leaked sense day 1 all 4 bolts are tight and has the copper flange gasket.
