Few things...

First your converter slip isnt nearly what you think it is. You only registered 2200 of converter slip off the line. I think with boost it may land you right where you want to be.

Second, your shift points are STILL WAY TOO HIGH. Look at how your injector IDC climbs until about 5600 then drops off. I understand that Zippy like most tuners lets the tune lean out after your peak to get a little more power out of it but youre still not getting anything from that much RPM.

Third, your tcc is still locking in second and shifting into 3rd locked. Youre gonna hurt your trans... thats a great way to **** off your builder after he specifically told you not to do that.

Fourth, do you have a wideband? You arent logging O2's from what I can tell. Without seeing your O2's at the very least its nearly impossible to tell if this tune is any good at all.

Next time out try brake stalling it to about 1500 or so and see how that helps you off the line.

I recorded a full brake stall off the line which I'm attaching below - RPMs we right about 3250 at full engine stall and no wheel slip as you'll see from the video as well. The second log is a launch that includes a partial brake stall of around 1600 like you suggested. My best time from the two was the full brake stall.

I'll send you a PM too. Thanks

You better listen to item 3! I've already talked to you about this for the record!

Rob helped me out so the converter isn't locked at WOT anymore...thanks Rob!

it still feels like it's slipping from a 40 roll to WOT when it downshifts to 1st and always has.

Ya, stock input shafts don't like having the converter locked under decent power or during the shift.

I'm willing to bet you're just feeling the converter load up in the current gear as the 80e is a little slower to shift down to first than the 60 is.

I hope it is only the converter, and if that's the case, will this get better or worse after boost?

I'm not sure it will change... What you're feeling I think is prior to the gear swap, but the gear changes before the converter flashes all the way. Also, are you dropping into 3 before you do this? You should be in 3rd whenever you hammer down after you add boost.
