Few things...
1.) Driving this beast at night, in the rain, is scary as ****. The tinted windsheild doesnt make it any easier, but breaking traction at 50mph when the turbo decides to get off its *** is not pleasant when you arent expecting it, or trying to do it.
2.) I had a big exhaust leak off the driver side manifold to the crossover pipe I didnt notice until I had my exhaust done. Once I fixed that, the turbo spools a lot quicker
3.) I cut my lower valence in those 3 spots and it lowered my cruise IATs by about 10-15 degrees. I havent had the chance to do a boost run with it yet, but it looks promising.
4.) This setup is forcing me to become better with my tuning skills. I drove the parents to dinner last night and it was embarrassing as hell having it stall coming up to a stop sign. I played around with the tune last night and got it working so I was trying everything to make it stall and it just kept purring away. I am pretty pleased with myself on that one.
5.) I need to find a 1psi or lower hobbs switch to turn on the second fuel pump. I think both pumps running at low load (idle for example) is overwhelming the regulator.
6.) The intercooler is 3" in and out...seemed pretty big to me..

Awesome update man!! Too often people don't follow up on their builds with initial impressions reports!
Make a new video of the new spool characteristics and post the old video right above it as well, interested to see the differences.

Surface area of the intercooler was what I was talking about. Maybe it was the pic but it just looked fairly small. Wile you are obvously looking for big power you don't need every last hp so no real need for anything bigger.
Again maybe the pic was deciving. Everything is looking awesome!!!
