Default JJ TURBOs Nitrous Build Thread

Ok I decided to finally post my build here, was talk into it by Travis (Blown06)

I will try to keep up with the updates, sometimes I can't but I'll do my best..

This is how it started back in 04-05 I believe, just a 6.0 lq4 ls6 cam and tune by Nelson Performance

At one time I had the Denali Front but had to sell it since I would drag the bumper ones I swap to the bogarts...

My truck has been thru a few setups like the STS Turbo and then to a Tick Turbo that's when I ran my best 10.74 @ 128mph in 08 I think... but blew a piston on a street run, I forgot to put methanol and few gallons of race fuel like I would do... Sold the Trick turbo kit and took the truck to get a Twin Turbo Setup which haven't been able to use.. (in storage waiting for a boost engine)

Then it sat for about 2 years and I started on it again this time I took care of everything, remove a/c rewire the harness and add and wire custom gauges, with an lq9 and the rest of my mods on my sig this got me to a 10.53 @ 127 with a 150 shot, this time tune by me...

Truck had ways to improve as I went from 4.11s to 4.56s and was gonna start going bigger on the jets but......I decided to paint the truck and add a few cosmetic details and went too far as I sold the 6.0 and started on my 383, so this has taken over 2 years ones again but now its closer to been done and here and on is where I will try to keep the updates...

This build pics will start from here... lol

I hate step side trucks, but this one looks really good with those big meats in the rear. Very nice truck man!

Lets see more pics after body work and paint.

It weigh 3780 if I remember correctly, without driver. I used to weight 144 at that time, 176 now (bodybuilding trying to hit 180) lol

The 6.0 was a 02 off an escalade with over 130k miles, I swap the heads to a newer set of stock 317s that I had laying around cause the there was some pretty bad carbon build up on the original heads, so I just put new head gaskets with copper spray, new set of oem head bolts and the newer 317s were just resurfaced not mill down, the MS3 cam was a 113lsa, high volume oil pump, double roller timing chain, push rods were 7.400 and prc dual valve spring, that's it as long as long block...

Got rid of all the stock brakes lines, ABS module, master cylinder and booster, going with the Burkhart Chassis manual brake kit and gonna run all new stainless steel brakes lines..
