Just a heads up on the headers...
I had to remove both aluminum heat shields on the bottom of each side of the firewall for the SE headers to fit on my 2000. Didn't want to but had to anyway lol. I had the plastic wheelhouse's out at the time and the install was really easy.
What CAI did you get... kinda looks like the Volant hiding under the protective paper?

I hope I don't have to do that, trying to keep it as factory as possible. That's a volant intake with the Donaldson Powercore filter. It has the clear lid, which is cool but I'm not a fan of seeing that huge blue filter. I think I'm going to do carbon wrap on top of that lid just like I did my center console... Should look nice and not too flashy I think

I'd probably put some LED's in the air box then lightly tint the plexi cover... flashy when on and subtle when off
You might get lucky with the shields but wasn't the case for me. On the drivers side you also have a clearance issue with the narrow band o2 sensor wires. The heatshields are formed to extend away from the firewall leaving an air gap between the two. If you have a pair of sharp snips or a band saw you could mask off the aluminum and easily clearance for that o2.
That black cable is my AEM wideband coming from the crossover pipe.
