One of them also has a casting mark that's pretty noticeable and may throw it off balance?

What do you guys think? The driveshaft is bent and being fixed as we speak. I might just reassemble what was on there, and go for a test drive with the rebuilt driveshaft. If there are no vibrations I will just leave it as-is

While the truck was up in the air, I tackled redoing the fuel filter mount from self-tappers to nutserts with my Astro tool. I need to get more bolts for it, probably stainless allen head ones, that's just what I had in my garage at the time.

I doubt it will throw it out of balance. This is the exact reason I cut the face of everything . They can't seem to machine anything properly overseas when they manufacture this stuff.

It all comes down to a financial decision. I don't think I can get the amount of money I would need out of the truck if I sold it. I'm also getting sick of driving the gray truck because of how worn out it is and doesn't seem to get better no matter how many parts I throw at it.

I'm going to remove the turbo kit and all engine stuff for now. I may put it on the market at that point, but I just don't see it bringing the money I need. The truck market is full of broke dick guys who want a rust free, perfect body, 700hp turbo truck for $12k, or at least that's what I've seen on the facebook pages.

In the end, it's just a silverado, not a MKIV supra or something that shouldn't be driven. I'm actually looking forward to daily driving it since its in such good shape, it's like having a newer truck without the price tag.

People don't seem to understand it all depends on how you get to the 700hp mark. They just look at the horse power number and the thinking stops after that on those pages. What would be your number to sell as is?

I figured that might be why, that's a pretty good reason for sure. I couldn't get anywhere near what I put into my truck if I sold it. Luckily its not my DD, I have a reliable truck for my DD which makes it easier. I hope it transformation goes well even though its tough to do.
