i had to roll the lips on my last 04, careful with that heat gun not to burn the paint and little bend at a time
how much rubbing you got in the front? did you do any thing to add clearance?

Yeah it's a fine line between not enough heat and the paint cracking like on my old truck... The fronts are stock, I don't rub up there with the 275/40/20 tires, but the 45 series did rub on bigger bumps

I don't really drive the truck down crappy roads, and if I do, I drive slow
Got them rolled to my liking. Didn't feel the need to make them completely flat, and only did the radius of the roller instead of trying to go around the whole fender like I did on my black truck. This should alleviate all my issues

I actually went back and flattened it out more after that picture was taken
Outside stayed nice

Only a very slight hint of a pull in the middle only on the passenger side, which works out because the axle was shifted to that side anyway.
