ILuvJDM's 2007 NBS RCSB Build - Turbo/4L80e/Coilovers/Wilwoods

Love the build and attention to detail.
On the door speakers.. if you put a foam ring on the front of the speaker to make up the gap between the speaker and the door panel it makes a considerable difference. I did it in my 04 sierra and it helped me achieve the sound I knew was just.... off, for several years that I couldn't get right with any door speakers I tried. Did it on my sons car as well and it helped out a lot.
You can order rings or make them. I just made them out of window seal foam I got from walmart. The premade ones are called fast rings.
The foam directs all the sound out of the door panel instead of some of it going up and behind the panel. The increase in sound and sound quality was surprising.

Planned on doing stuff around the house but then decided to get the Mickey Thompsons mounted and go to the track with another local member
275/40/20 Street SS
Taped up to help with rubber
Good thing I did that, easier cleanup
Managed a 12.59 at 110 and then my best was 12.57 at 109 with a 1.82 60ft. I was able to build about 5psi on the line before the truck started pushing forward, but once it let it just hooked and went, which is much better than last time we went on the Nitto 555. We both improved our times since last outing and it was a ton of fun.
