I hope I'm not late for work!

Make SURE you put anti-seize on the IW balancer. I was supposed to get one with the KB blower I bought, but the guy could not get it off the crank. He had to pull the motor, take the pulley apart and cut the hub off the crank, destroying it. They corrode to the crank and you can't get them off.
What kinda bullshit is that.

I put a lot of heavy oil/grease on it when I installed it...I wonder if that will suffice...
Corey, yea that is what I tried to use. The remove tool tore off the lip of the pulley without budging on the shaft. I tried a 3 jaw puller on the pulley itself and it only bent the edges of the pulley and wasn't budging either.

So I got the 100mm metco idlers...I really just need the one on the right since I could make the IW one work for the one on the left. It looks like it may be too big of a diameter to clear the waterpump and alternator bolt, and I need to make a spacer for it...
Working with Mike at whipple to see what is going on with the blower pulley...

You got the 100s, right? That alternator bolt is going to be close...
Does the maggie bracket have a built in step to support the idler like the whipple?
