I hope I'm not late for work!

I know I just thought that was weird
. So since you said you don't take any fuel out of the VE, and with all that meth you spray, it only brings lambda down from .75 to .70 at WOT?

And you have taken the fuel out of the VE correct?
Sorry for all the questions. Just trying to figure out how I want to set my tune up when I add meth injection. I've heard some guys taking fuel from the VE and others taking it out of the PE and BE tables. Both seem to have their advantages/disadvantages.

Yes please elaborate more. I am taking fuel out of my VE table for when the meth sprays. I am not sure if it is right or wrong. I do end up keeping it a little richer than i want just incase the meth fails.
I am not criticizing anything i just wanna know guys opinions. Perhaps i should start a different thread.

In the end, taking the fuel put of ve or pe/be has the same effect. The downside with taking it out of ve is you have to compensate your trans shift pressures accordingly. Also, your ve suddenly isn't a proper model of volumetric efficiency, which can be a problem if you actually value your g/cyl information. Taking fuel out of pe only has the downside of the numbers not looking pretty. But you are crudely injecting fuel that the pcm isn't aware of....what is pretty about that anyway? The methanol is enriching the fueling....so I compensate by taking the proportional amount of fuel from the power enrichment.

Yep, pretty much what Jake said. It really doesnt matter where you take the fuel from, but taking it out of the BE/PE tables has the least seconday effects. I prefer pig rich+ a little more because of my experience with high heat. Obviously I am still making plenty of power at 0.68-0.70 lambda so I see no reason to lean it out.
Interesting though, I lost about 4mph in the 1/8th between my run the other night and the run where I melted the cylinder head in the 1/4 last year
