I hope I'm not late for work!

Yep, they do see boost/vac since they're on the inside of the outer o-ring seal. The whipple has it the other way around with the bolts outside the seal so the small o-rings are unneeded.

So I got a lot done this weekend. The blower is much easier to install if you do the lower manifold completely first. Bolting on the upper and compressor is very easy except for one bolt that is directly under the elbow and has very little room to get a wrench in there. Overall pretty easy though. I havent finished my spacer/spray bar yet so I am going to go forth without out it until I can get a groove machined and it sent off to spray bars put in.
Got the blower on, throttle cable shortened and mount made, got all 4 corners of the steam vents hooked together, injectors plugged up, fuel lines finished, IW crank pulley installed and all pullies and belt installed, and figured out how to keep my big coolers.

When I was cleaning up the wiring last time around I cut off the AC stuff because I didnt have it at the time....so now I get to rewire the ac clutch and drier pressure sensor...fun.
Still need to install the intercooler pump and res and test for leaks. Also need to mount the FPR, other than that its almost done.
Hopefully finish this week and get it on the road!

I have all the 8 rib pullies but am going to wait until I am sure its not going to blow up to put on the small 8 rib blower pulley. Until then I am just using the 6 rib belt with the 8 rib crank pulley.
You can kind of see in the picture where I put the oil cooler in between the condensor and radiator. I basically moved the condensor forward and spaced the oil cooler off the radiator support and turned it around so it fits inside the rad.

Well the truck made noise today! Still needs a lot of tuning but at least I know it kinda works and no major obvious problems yet. Hardest part is going to be finding the AC wires I otherwise disgarded somewhere in the harness, not looking forward to that.
On a side note whipple is stupid with the intercooler hoses. The fittings on the intercooler and one side of the heat exchanger are 5/8" while all the others including the res and pump are 3/4". Dunno why they couldnt just use all the same size. Not really happy with the included res as it looks stupid as hell where it is.
