Very cool! Glad it went well, except the trans!

Bailey lives down the road from me. I have seen the other white truck at his house lately, but haven’t talked to him, and didn’t know it had a turbo setup.

Yea...I took it out this weekend and the fluid is the worst I have ever smelled. Also cant get the converter off the input shaft so I am pretty sure the splines are twisted since its a forged shaft. Great.

Hey while youre here, what is the thread for the 14b rear pinion? I need new bolts since the head is almost rounded off and these are 10.9 marking but everywhere online says its a 5/16 fine thread so Im not sure.

How old is the 14 bolt? They switched to metric so if its a 10.9 its probably a metric bolt. like the the 10 bolt but with a bigger joint.

Its from a 92 2500. Yea thats the problem is measures as standard bolt but has 10.9 stamped on the head...
