Looks like I may have found my issue...builder left out the overrun clutch retainer plate snap ring causing the OD sprag to not function properly

That will do it, and you have some low pressures.

I wonder if this would have resulted in the low pressure or if thats a separate issue.

Well got the trans fixed and back together. Replace the whole OD piston pressure plate thing as well as the sprag. That thing is tricky to install correctly. I deleted the 2-3 and 3-4 accumulator as well while I was in there. Still not sure I did the checkballs right but it shifts so thats all I care about. Took it for a test drive around the block and wow this exhaust is loud

Got a bath too:

Ready to party once the tracks open back up here

These turbos spool really fast which I think a lot of it is the downpipes, but at low speed and less than half throttle I am at 6psi+ in less than a second from the turbos (so 15psi+ total).

Second thing is the intercooler pump is a beast. I set it up so I can hook an outlet hose to the return fitting in the tank to drain it just by turning the pump on and it literally drained half the cooler (about 5 gallons) in about 10 seconds before I could walk around the truck. Its definitely moving some volume. I dont think there will be any advantage to running more than 50% honestly, the water temperature got up to the intercooler temperature very quickly, so the pump is doing its job. Now I just need to make sure I have plenty of ice on hand because it took 11-12gallons to 100F water in a couple of minutes of easy driving.
