This is what happens when you start a side business and do a bunch of metal work in your garage

Nevertheless, updates coming soon. For real this time. I mean it.

Well, figured now is as good a time as any, almost 25 months after I first took it down for some changes and a solid 20 months after I thought I would be finished doing those mods. There were weeks at a time where I didnt even get to touch it dealing with everything else going on. But alas, I havent posted anything online anywhere because I wanted to get it running first. I know most of the internet is going to say its stupid or pointless, and I agree to an extent, but I dont care about being the fastest out there since there are much more talented and financed guys than me. I like to tinker more than anything, and this should definitely keep me busy for a while.

I started in the performance stuff here on PT more than 10 years ago, so it seemed appropriate to share here first. I will probably make a video soon talking about details since no one likes to read anymore.

Finally sees sunlight (on a day its raining no less) after more than 2 years not moving. Started right up too. First thing I had to at least give it a bath so I could see out of the windshield. Advantage of a work truck build is the dirtier the better

and here I give you, The Kitchen Sink:

This is literally 10lb of **** in a 5lb box and is what took me so long to finish is trying to fit everything in the 99-02 body that has the least room of any LS truck. Too many mods to remember honestly, but here are the basics

-LME built 402 (same engine I have been beating on since 2013)
-WCCH Stage 2 L92s with custom headgasket and around 9.1:1 SCR
-235/255 117 ish cam? Cant really remember, but Rob spec'd it for the blower and I havent changed it since
-4l80e that everyone has had a had in (I rebuilt it last)
-2.3 whipple that I drilled and tapped the intercooler fittings to go from -10 to -12 and custom 8rib pulley (should be around 10psi from the blower)
-2x S475 turbos with the 83mm turbine (I think, cant really remember)
-2x 50mm JGS wastegates dumped just outside the frame rails
-2x frozen boost A2W intercoolers directly under the turbos
-Custom radiator and turbo heat exchanger from PRC, basically a stock radiator turned sideways
-Frozen boost supercharger heat exchanger, trucool 40k, derale PS cooler, and B&M oil cooler (in fog light)
-3x bosch waterpumps; 1 for the supercharger circuit and 2 in parallel for the turbos
-Custom water tanks; 1 gallon for the supercharger, 3 gallon for the turbos, -12 fittings on each
-3.5" downpipes to under the cab
-2x 3.5" electric cutouts just under the cab pointed down then shrink to 3" back to a single 4"
-4" boost activated cutout where the exhaust combines from dual 3" then back to a stock muffler
-dual 3" to single 4" from the intercoolers
-2x 50mm blow off vavles
-still have all my nitrous stuff installed
-AC compressor, drier, and dash stuff still installed
-fancy hood latch things
-all cooling hoses are 3/4" silicone
-dual wideband, egt, drive pressure, and intake pressure sensors
-127lb injectors with dual walbro400 pumps
-alky control meth system with 2x 14gph devils own nozzles
-ebay up and forward headers (for $250 a pair I dont care if I have to replace them in a few months)
-Spark coils relocated down to the frame rail and I built heat shields for them since they sit close to the exhaust

Thats about the gist of it, but im sure im forgetting a lot of things. The plan is to make 1000rwhp as it sits without nitrous, but I am curious how far the blower will let it go as I know it will be the restriction pretty quickly. These turbos have made 1700ish on larger engines, but no way my engine setup could handle that so they will be just cruising for now at probably <10psi until I decide to get rid of the blower. Ive only driven it around the block thus far checking for leaks and fixing small things first. I am hoping to get to a track in the next few weeks once I get some bugs worked out. Tuning on this is going to be very interesting.
