Looks like I'm out a built 60e. Believe I lost 3rd gear on my way to work. From a stop it would take a sec for the trans to engage. And where its set to shift into third it just goes to neutral and free revs. I tried putting the gear selector into 3rd but it didn't change. I'll try again after work but I doubt I'll make it very far. Good thing I have free towing and roadside assistance.

Do you have the 2 year warranty on the trans still?

Only came with a one year since I didn't use their converter. And I had the trans for about 6 months before I installed it.

Yea, I would say anything over 500hp will be happier with an 80e

well since the truck is down I figured it would be a good time to start doing some of the things I have been putting off.

need to figure something out, the tube is hitting the hood. I may remove the cloth stuff under the hood.

the new intercooler is a 27x8x4 with a 24x8x3.5 core. should work nicely. Just need to figure out how I want to mount it. Will have to trim some of the bumper supports to get it to fit right behind the bumper and will need a few more 3" 90* bends, or I can keep it strait and mount it about 1.5" back directly under the efans. that way would be easier.
I also got the piece on the drivers side moved to where it wont rub. I may be dropping the truck 1/2 once I get some shocks that fit. Currently running Bilstein 5100 for a 0-2" lift
