At this point it will be pretty damn pricey to swap to a turbo set up wouldnt it? That thing is begging for a procharger...

You could always just swap to an 80e and sell the current tranny/verter to make up most of the cost... hell with the 80e 1st gear you might not even need to swap out those 4.56. Your truck will be begging for mercy on the highway though... what will it be turning 2500 RPM's at 60 with that shorter overdrive and the 4.56? Thats kinda crazy

I can get the Trick stage 3 kit for about 3500 out the door, new cam will run about 500, I have a free restall with Circle-D, just have to pay shipping so about 100, and regear will be 1000.
If I can get Blownchevys D1SC that would put me about even with the turbo kit. Otherwise the D1 will be about 5500.
I'm taking all of September off work so hopefully Ill have something to do in that time.

If that's what you're after, then by all means, turbo it lol... I'm betting you'll like the procharger better, though. There's already a bunch of turbo trucks around here anyway. I'd just like to see something different.

Given your setup, I would go with a procharger.

Yea, Was just thinking how awesome it would be to be turbo. I guess I'll be the first in Tucson to go Procharged.
