Well I don't have an engine hoist or a stand to work on it. Would be easier if the procharger would sale. If its a spun bearing or a stretched bolt would I be able to fix that myself or would a machine shop need to?

Machine shop will need to check whatever spun.
If you were going to swap in a used LQ4, how were you going to do that? You'll need an engine hoist anyway...
I agree with silver-mod-o, just pull the engine now, will save a lot of time for you in the long run.

Chances are if you spun a bearing, you'll either need to have that journal polished or replace the crank.
Have you ever been inside an engine and done any assembly work? Doesn't sound like it. if you don't have the tools or equipment to do the job, better have the funds to pay someone who does.
Pull it and either take it to a machine/engine shop, or replace the engine. Sadly, when you mod a vehicle you must depend on, and have a tight budget, this is what you run into. This is why I won't be playing trucks for a long while. Not until I can buy a truck, put it in my shop, and mess with it on my own time line. Not, "oh ****, I've gotta fix this scattered axle so I can drive to work"
I'm not outright trying to be a dick, but this is pretty much the situation you've been faced with.

Well this isn't my only vehicle and my wife doesn't work so I don't really have an issue with getting to work. So once the procharger sales I'm just going to buy a junkyard lq4 and swap em. I'll also get the hoist and stand. Once it's running I'm going to sale the truck and just have the one vehicle for awhile and save some money for my next project
