Looks good. What route are you going to repair the scratches? I've torn mine up in a couple spots and want to have a plan for whenever I decide to fix all the scratches and chips my adventures have produced.

Lol, after seeing my iat go from 100-170 in 8 sec at 10psi, it was time for a better intercooler and I have the meth pump and controller already. I just ordered a 12.8 gph nozzle, 10' of clear tubing, and some 90* 1/8npt fittings, and 1/4" quick disconnect fittings. Going to use the washer reservoir for the tank. What's the best way to tap the tank. Thinking about drilling and tapping for 1/8npt and installing one of the qd fittings with some rvt sealant.
And it is a gatorback. I've had more issues with the tensioner than the belts. Looking into one of the gates green belts right now.

Moved my truck to my buddies garage. Only have about a 1/2" clearance front and back. Going to remove the rear number to give alittle more clearance. Going to start removing the 60e and getting it ready for the 80e. Should have the 80e back this weekend. So hopefully will be back on the road by next weekend with some new videos.

Are you going to have to change driveshafts with the swap? Gonna start looking into the swap myself come spring.

Yes, the drives shafts will need to be changed. The front needs to be longer and the rear need to be shorter. About 1.5-1.75" from what I've read.
Still running the same cam.
I measured my stock drive shaft. 5" in diameter and about 68.5" from yoke to yoke.

Things have been moving kinda slow with the truck but its almost done. I picked up a 4L80E 4x4 adaptor which is about 2" shorter. But my bolts to mate it to the trans were too long. so I made a trip to Ace hardware and picked up some grade 8 studs and nuts. worked great and made the install much easier. I also use blue locktite to make sure they stay in place. the HD front drive shaft is a perfect fit and is smaller in diameter so it clears the NSS very well. For the rear, when the drive shaft is all the way in the tcase its about .5" too long, so Im going to have it cut and shortened about 1.5" and rebalanced. Im still waiting on the lower bellhousing to show up and I need to get a VSS pigtail. I swapped the white and brown wires in the main control harness. wasnt as bad as I though it would be. and I need to make a trip to the dealer and pick up some tcase fluid. hoping to have it on the road by this weekend.
