Checking FPR is a good idea, like mentioned above.

 

its brand new. What should I be checking for. I removed the vac line and the fp is 58 psi, 50 when connected.

 

Are you sure the in-line pump is getting power?

 

yea, crawled under it last night when it was running. I could hear/feel the pump running

 

I'd probably have to ride around with you and see what its doing first hand. I hate playing the guessing game lol.

New pulleys. 3.85, 3.7 and a 3.6

 

What kind of hose are you running from the pump intank an what type of clamps on the hose. I mean in the tank, not from tank to motor.

 

Get the fuel figured out and I'll help you tune it for the 3.6 this weekend o.O

 

The intank pump is a racetronix drop in 255lph pump. its 230 at 58psi. uses stock feed lines to the fuel filter, have an adapter for the fuel filter to the bosch 044, 180* fitting, ss braided -6 line, 180* to stock feed line to the back of the drives side fuel rail, crosses over in front, exits the passenger side by the fire wall, to the inlet of the Aeromotive 13129 FPR, then -6 to the stock return. Since the aeromotive fpr was a dual inlet I had to get a plug fitting. the one I got ended up being too long and it would leak, didn't realize it was too long until I took it out and saw that the end was a little crushed, ground down the end and used teflon tape and it hasn't leaked. there is a slight leak where the fuel pressure gauge goes. about 1 drip a min at idle. I even used teflon tape and it didn't help. I about to just get a Magnafuel fpr



smokeshow, was thinking about putting the 3.85 on and shifting at 6200rpm. was seeing about 9 psi there with the 4". And I have to work this weekend
