I figured I'd follow in your foot steps and break a few 10-bolts before I switch over.....................

How many did you break before you got the fab-9?

I have a question about how the roll bar ties to the body or frame. In a truck, with the original frame, does the main hoop need to be welded or bolted to the frame below the cab? I see on your floor pans, Madman has welded steel plates... Does the main hoop go through the plates and to the frame? I see the rear bars are welded to the coil-over crossmember. The NHRA rulebook says "All vehicles with OEM frame must have roll bar welded or bolted to frame"... "Unibody cars with stock floor pans and fire wall may attach roll bar with 6"X6"X.125" plate on top and bottom of floor and bolted together."
If Madman has the main hoop welded or somehow fixed to the frame, can you post a picture of how he did it?
Project looks amazing! I dream of the day a track official escorts me out for lack of a roll bar.

Those plates welded to the floor just cover up the hole. The cage is tied together and attached to the frame via outriggers that are welded to the frame.

Madman, send me some pics of this so I can post them up.

We'll be working on the back window today. I don't think it should take me TOO long to fit. As soon as my glass man shows up to install it, i'll have more pictures for you.

Once you get the back window done and the windshield back in it, whats left?

Have you guys addressed any of the header clearance issues?
