Shitty night. Aside from it being ridiculously crowded.........

First pass, I didn't change anything from last time. The first half was on par with last time out, then it just started skating all over the track and I ended up taking out the 1/4 mile cones.

Second pass, I added 1 psi to the rear tires and it went up in what Madman calls "white tire smoke".

I'm beginning to think something could be off with the chassis.........I've made 5 passes and on all 5 it just get crazy out of shape once I get to around 6500 in high gear. It's bad enough I don't really care to take this thing to the track. I've got to come up with some solution cause it just aint fun like that.

IMO its normal that you will have to play with your suspension first, it got power so maybe some suspension adjusting trying different stuff, ask madman, good luck man

one more thing, i see flacos hayhauler go up in smoke some times too, i guess with that much power you guys are running everytime out is something different, temperature, track conditions etc...

Should be sweet looking and functional. Kinda nice to make so much power that you are desperately in need of help to keep it from taking off at the big end!

So I started the next round of small changes. Getting a 29.5x10.5 stiff et drag with tubes, driveshaft sensor and I'm taking it on the 3rd to madman's for a carbon fiber bed cover and wing.

I'm hoping the tires and bed cover/wing will keep it stable on the top. I've gotten to the point in the tune up where I feel comfortable turning it up some so I'm ready...........

Is the DS sensor for a speedo? Forgive my ignorance if it is for something else.
