Yea, its fun as hell to drive

I am having issues with the belt popping off and I broke the stop on the tensioner. I am ordering the HD tensioner from magnacharger tomorrow, and already have a shorter belt, and bigger idlers on the way. I was hoping to go to the track this thursday but it looks like maybe next thursday, and a dyno session somewhere in there.

Yea, patg spec'd my cam, but its not a 226/230

 

Surprised you didn't spec your own cam, you seem pretty cerebral.

I'm just curious how soon until you pull that blower off for a 2300 or turbo

 

I dont have much experience with spec'ing cams so I thought it better to leave it to the experts, but I appreciate the compliment. My truck acts and drives like stock with the cam pat g picked out, so I cant complain.

I would do a nitrous system before I switched for the bigger blower or turbo.

 

So, are the specs something you are keeping to yourself? Just curious not going to criticise in any way.

I could get away with a much bigger cam, but I love how this one drives.

 

Got the belt system upgraded: gates K06108HD belt, 100mm idlers, and magnacharger HD tensioner.
