PM me your email and ill send you my spreadsheet were I kept track of everything. Includes prices and part numbers. The only problem I ran into in this entire swap was the damn torque converter bolt rounding off when pulling the 5.3. That in turn caused me to break the pump ring in my built trans, and set me back a good day's worth of time in having to deal with that. The engine build itself went extremely smooth and no issues or surprises.

Well the engine bay looks exactly the same as with the 5.3 except I got a fancy valve cover breather for the passenger side and the block and valve covers are black

Im just glad I finally finished putting this thing in. Physically and mentally its been exhausting doing this by myself with no prior experience, and took about twice as long as I planned. At one point the only part of the drivetrain I had installed was the rear-end

Although it starting on the first crank really put a smile on my face

Anyone have any good write ups on how to replace the pump ring in the 60e?

Oh and a final parts list:

2005 LQ9 block
K1 forged stroker crank
Diamond flattop forged pistons with valve reliefs
Callies compstar 6.125" rods
Custom cam by PatG
Stock 317 heads
REV 2.02/1.57" valves
Patriot Gold dual valve springs
comp hardened pushrods
LS7 lifters
rollermaster dual chain timing set
stock rockers
LS6 oil pump
stock 6.0 oil pan, windage tray, oil pickup tube, all covers, and crank pulley
All ARP hardware
All new GM gaskets
LS9 headgaskets
magnacharger crank pinning kit

Reused from 5.3:
waterpump
alternator
ac compressor and bracket
motor mounts
dipstick and dipstick tube
power steering pump
flexplate

Static CR comes out to around 11.1. Boost is provided by a magnacharger tvs1900 with 3" pulley, should be around 5-6lbs.

Ive been working on tuning the last couple days and have the fuel dead nuts on, and timing is at a conservative 15 degrees.....thing is though, it doesnt feel much stronger than my 5.3 did.... injector duty cycle is nearly the same as well, which tells me same amount of fuel = same power. The blower makes around 5.5lbs at full throttle whereas it was 11.5 with my 5.3

0-100 time is around 12 seconds

I attached the tune and log if anyone wants to take a look

So you've been going WOT with the stock 60e? Like stated above, it's probably cuz your running alot less boost. On the other hand if I just put in a built 408 I would expect so great results.

not through any shifts, and not from standing, always just rolling into the throttle.

I think I am going to order a 2.7" pulley, which should get me around 8-9lbs
