Well that should give you plenty of time to dial in the tune. Mind telling me what you have in the motor(pm if you wish)? I am wanting to build a 408 this winter with tax money. Thinking it will be around 4-5 grand so I need to start planning now. Curious on the cost you ran into and any problems you had to over come.
Im just glad I finally finished putting this thing in. Physically and mentally its been exhausting doing this by myself with no prior experience, and took about twice as long as I planned. At one point the only part of the drivetrain I had installed was the rear-end
Although it starting on the first crank really put a smile on my face

Anyone have any good write ups on how to replace the pump ring in the 60e?

Ive been working on tuning the last couple days and have the fuel dead nuts on, and timing is at a conservative 15 degrees.....thing is though, it doesnt feel much stronger than my 5.3 did.... injector duty cycle is nearly the same as well, which tells me same amount of fuel = same power. The blower makes around 5.5lbs at full throttle whereas it was 11.5 with my 5.3
0-100 time is around 12 seconds
I attached the tune and log if anyone wants to take a look

So you've been going WOT with the stock 60e
? Like stated above, it's probably cuz your running alot less boost. On the other hand if I just put in a built 408 I would expect so great results.

not through any shifts, and not from standing, always just rolling into the throttle.
I think I am going to order a 2.7" pulley, which should get me around 8-9lbs
