0-100 in 12 seconds really isn't that bad. How's your traction from a stop? You just roll into it?

Since those wouldn't work, you could at least have sent the heads to WCCH for some heavy porting. Or drop the coin on some aftermarket heads that would benefit the extra cubes from a 408.

What size headers are you running? Prob time to upgrade those too...

Yea I already had the cathedral port manifold for the blower, and a different lower tub would be about $800. Porting by anyone would be at least $1000, and I am not convinced that head porting is worth it on FI setups.

Headers are pacesetters which are 1 3/4" with a 3" collector.

I talked to Joe at leftcoast32 today, and he thinks putting a 2.7" pulley on the tvs1900 without going to an 8 rib setup is basically pissing in the wind since there will be a lot of belt stretch and slip...he said maybe 1 or two extra pounds of boost. I am a bit more optimistic I suppose, and want to try it anyway.

Jake, yea that was rolling into the throttle. I havent given it a lot of gas from a stop just to try and save the trans until I get my PB trans fixed.

blown408 is going to help me out, and I bough the ATSG book on the 4l60e, and the part is only around $35 so I am going to try to fix it myself...

all of the shops I called gave me some run around and all I could get out of them was bring it in and we will look at it. I dont really want some random shop taking apart my expensive trans...

Got my trans fixed, installed the 2.8" pulley, and got the fueling dialed in. I have around 19 degrees spark at WOT with no hints of detonation running at 11.3 afr. I am hesitant to push the spark any further than that without being on a dyno and no meth. Highest IATs I have seen with the 2.8" pulley have been around +45 at the end.

Pulls like a freight train in the mid range which is exactly what I wanted, and there is no hope for traction in first gear. Otherwise it drives as good and smooth as stock, which was my goal out of the cam as well, props to PatG for that one.
