Default ANOTHER RCSB Z71 Turbo build!!!

Just got home with the truck! Here's how it looks right now. I'll get some more pictures once it quits raining and I clean it up real good. I've been casually looking for a arrival blue RC z71 with all these options for probably 18 months. Finally found one though and it's MINE!

I plan to salvage what I can from my wrecked 95' with the LQ9 swap. Right now it's just looking like the engine and maybe the stereo stuff.

I have HUGE plans and can see TONS of potential in this truck and can't wait to get started on it!! I'll updade this thread as I make progress or have any questions.

Here's my plans so far:
LQ9 from my 95'
4L80 swap/convertor
Trick turbo kit (still not sure what turbo)
3/5 drop
Poly busings
Cal-tracs
Center console with bucket seats
Hydroboost swap (I'll upgrade the brakes later on)
Light weight 20'' wheels that are priced decent
Paint matched door/tail gate handles and mirrors
HID'S
06 hood/grill

This is what I can think of right now but you guys know it never ends! I'd love to make it an SS clone with the full cladding but that would probably be last if I did it.

Awesome dude, glad you jumped on it. You get him down more than $200?

I like your plans, truck will be a runner for sure... still disappointed about the 95' tho

Nope, this is a different truck. It was a one owner truck from southern IL. I picked it up from a dealership for 9k OTD!

It does suck about my 95' but I've been wanting to build a GMT800 for quite some time now. I've owned a GMT400 truck of some kind since I was 16 so I'm ready to move up to the next body style for now at least. LOL!!

Sub'd for your build. When do you hope to get it running with the turbo set up? And What are you plans for the fuel system?

Did I post this in the wrong section? Maybe everyone is tired of these builds. Kinda figured I'd get more feedback (which is what I'm after)
