generally you wont get a ton of responses until people start seeing progress/pictures.

it does sound like a cool build. now go get started

Oh, I will just in no huge hurry. I plan to do it in stages.

What are your power goals? Billet wheels are a very nice upgrade as well as a ported cover. However, depending on your power goals none of it may be needed. It is not hard to option out a $2,200+ turbo.

650rwhp to start with potential for 850-900 down the road with a forged engine.

In my opinion you don't need that much turbo for those goals. You may want to look into something like a Turbonetics ball bearing 7675 or 7875. Just in relative spool interest, but the difference may be negligible. Etiher way, for those goals you won't need any of thos eupgrades, but all should help spool times and increase pressure and power potential.
