Opinions for grille? Should I keep it polished or get it coated black?

I plan to cut out the inside of the stock grille and have the chrome around it sanded down and painted either the same color as the truck or a gloss black. I also bought some gloss black vinyl and will wrap the front bumper in that when doing all this...

 

Hmm I didn't know autotec made pistons for stock pin diameter...those could be useful.
