I did drill and tap the oil pan but I actually first put the bolt in the pan, put the fitting in, then put the pan on the block bolting that bolt up first with a wrench.

Truck is running very strong!!! Im on about 8-10psi with E85! I can't believe the little 255 flows that much lol. I'll have some speedo bids up as soon as I get the speedometer working. I ran my brothers truck (Jake99- Turbo 4.8), I was on 5psi and he on 13psi and we were dead even from a 40 roll to 100 ;D

Cool project man! I have a 89 myself with a lt1 right now and a 6-speed however i just got ahold of a ls7 so before long i hope to be starting the install.

Well I was having problems burning up my plug wires so I did this! Cheesy, I know but very effective! I bought a roll of new wires and just use the ends off of my burned up wires to make slightly longer ones. Plate is aluminum wrapped with header wrap.

Also got some track times!!! I'm not to concerned about the time because its still on the stock converter. This was 3400ft D/A, 4200# race weight and on 11psi.
