2003 SS 408/4l80E/DP Nitrous build

So i bought this truck from my friend who is a tuner/mechanic, it was slammed,shaved,22s,rollpan,&stereo.
Drivetrain wise it has a junkyard lq4 with 100,000 on it, 243 heads,marine injectors,ported tb, lingenfelter blower grind cam, long tubes, and a built 4l65e with a yank 3000.
It was also set up with a 175hp fogger nozzle, on 22s at the track it ran a best of 12.16 at 112.
So its been a fun driver and now its time to pump this truck up some more!

LS2 based 408
WCRCH LSA heads
CHE rockers
NW 102 tb
Holley hi-ram intake
Direct port nitrous from n2o outlet setup to run meth instead of race gas in the stand alone tank.
LS1 front accessory drive with ATI balancer

It has been done lots already and works great but plug reading is not a real option for tuning. The reason I chose that route is it cheaper to buy M1 up here over race gas.
