Been awhile since I updated this thread. Almost got the truck started up hopefully just a couple more weeks before it makes some noise...

The last picture is where I stopped. Ill finish up the wiring tonight and start looming it. Things I lack are mount run the lines for the trans cooler, mount the trans cooler, mount the new radiator and fans, reeled the v band for the passenger side turbo since its about 2 inches further out then then the driver side. Also run the fuel feed lines. Other then that and needing to order new driveshafts its pretty much close to driving. Mostly everything is scheduled to be delivered today. Getting excited again about this truck.

Oh also since the 87 is waiting on parts I want to see how the 417 intercooler does with one of those killer chiller kits. Ill end up of coarse going to the chiseled unit but for now I'm just curious to see how it does.

What are those valve covers? They look like stock pieces, but then again there is something about them that looks different. Do I need to put the pipe down or what?

Also, nice progress. Thing should be a rocket ship.

They are the Holley covers... Getting new ones actually since the coils will be mounted down low now. With those headers they sit to close to the coils so wasn't gonna work.

Ya it is the 417 motorsports water to air that bolts between the upper and lower on the Holley Highram

MAN. Just looking at the wiring job scares me. I have been wanting to attempt a harness tuck and clean so bad.

Truck is definitely looking good! Coming together nicely!
