The Day I first got my truck. Went straight to the muffler shop and put on a factory Denali 6.2 cat-back that I had on my previous truck. Polished the tip up and cleaned it up real good. Also put on a QTP 3.5 stainless manual cutout. Also threw on my Nitto 420s (305/50R20) that were on my previous truck.

Went on about a month driving it like that until I got tuned by my buddy Rick and installed a Nitrous outlet nitrous plate system with 100 shot pills. Truck felt 100 times better with the tune and nitrous. With the nitrous plate I got to hide and tuck away everything for a nice clean install all you see is the nitrous purge coming up from behind the engine cover...

Ultimately tho the whole filling the bottle thing got old and the whole reason for the 4x4 part was for turbo traction anyways. I had plans to turbo this truck from the beginning and was set on doing it. The first turbo setup consisted of coarse of a KB Racing front mount non intercooled turbo system. The turbo was a Magnum T72 ball bearing ,water cooled turbo with a .96 A/R exhaust side. Went with a regular steel manifold but went with a stainless crossover and stainless 3.5 inch downpipe. Opted for the non intercooled system because I wanted to go with a custom behind the grille mounted intercooler instead of a bumper mounted intercooler. At the time I think Trick Performance was the only shop that mounted the intercooler like I wanted but was pricy so set everything up my own way. Mounting the House Of Boost intercooler was easy and just got a local muffler shop to mandrel bend the cold pipes.
First Turbo Setup
Engine: Stock 5.3
Fuel System: Stock Flex Fuel Pump, FAST 85lb Injectors
Turbo System: KB Racing hot side, Magnum T72 Turbo, Custom cold side

The first turbo setup with the 5.3 was awesome had a lot of fun with the 5.3 and def proved that this truck was off to a great start. But sadly I messed up the 5.3 a couple months after when I was messing around in front of my buddies shop. Had just changed out to the 10lb spring but forgot to adjust the meth system and brake stalled in 4 high and just turned in and turned the truck off. All that time I was brake stalling it to see what boost it would hold it was shooting in WAY too much meth and ended up hydrolocking my motor. Guessing with the over amount that got injected there was some that didn't get burned off and ran into a cylinder. Number 7 to be exact as it ended up bending the rod just enough to tap the crank. Oh well because a week prior I had placed an order for a stock low mileage 6.2.
Second Turbo Setup
Engine: Stock 6.2 L92
Fuel System: Stock Flex Fuel Pump, FAST 85lb Injectors
Turbo System: Same as 5.3 setup
Boost: 8 lbs.

Truck performed beyond my expectations with the 6.2, the torque was just crazy but spun a bearing in the 6.2 shortly after installing it. The cause is still unknown but oh well its hot rodding and stuff just happens. Had bigger and better plans for my truck anyways.
On to my current build up...
Placed a order with Texas Speed and ordered up a nicely built up LSX 427. Also called up Pat G and ordered a custom spec'ed cam for my setup.
About a month ago and when funds allowed placed a order with Richard at WCCH for some badass All Pro 6 bolt LS7 style heads. These heads are badass ordered them with Del West Inconel valves for the heat these are going to be seeing with the new turbo system and with dual high lift valve spring.
