I found this info for a MP3023 input. Both are priced around $116 at GMPartsDirect and both seem to be 32 spline inputs. Hopefully that helps you.

Oh ok gotcha I was under the impression that transfer case only came with a 32 spline input and you broke yours.

No, lol, there are two different inputs, for 4l60 and 6l80, they still use the smaller diameter shaft on the 4l60 with the same spline theyve always used, but the 6l80 output shaft is same spline count and shaft diameter as the 4l80... I wish i could get lucky enough to to not have to go into my tcase, but thats probably going to be the first evening of my swap, probably pull it on a thursday night swap input shaft, then friday start pulling engine/trans.... Then go back in saturday.... Of course nothing ever goes that smoothly!

Yeah no kidding I'm actually VERY surprised going from the 6l80 to a 4l80 has pretty much been a bolt on deal. Everything has gone by a little too smooth. The PCM of NC covered all the wiring and TCM so that was a easy swap and for the actual trans itself only thing I have had to do was modify the trans mount a little bit. Using the 4l80 t-case mount has pretty much put the transfer case back around the same spot, MAYBE ½ inch further back if that. The next thing to complete the 4l80 swap is getting a Tahoe PPV 140mph 4 speed cluster so I can see all the gears and that should wrap the swap up trouble free hopefully.

I need to figure out if my stock shifter cable will work or not and to check mount distance on my 6l80 vs the 4l60, i know theres only like a 1/16 or 1/8 at most difference from bellhousing face to tcase mounting face, so im not worried about driveshafts, just need to see what the difference is with the trans mount... I need to find a 6spd cluster myself and the ppv hoes i have seen have had 6l80s in them....

Thanks, it was fixable just needed to be lined bored I believe and have the crank replaced. I sold that motor to a buddy and just built a new bigger stronger motor.
