That may have been it, it was like a year ago, I could have sworn it said 22k though.

I wish they would stop limiting the F1 cars so bad. They should only mandate a weight limit and displacement limit, and no other engine limits. That way you would see some sick inovations and power!!!! like back in the tubo days

ya but. the richer the team the faster they would be..... but i do agree to a certain extent they should be more lenant(SP)? on the power restrictions.
