When you do get around to pulling the cam make sure you check the cam bearings really well... And be prepared to throw a set in it...

And again i cannot stress enough.... Check the cam bearings when you pull the cam if anything even might look suspicious, do yourself a favor and put a set in or have a set put it, which will require pulling the engine...

I gave em a call a few hours ago and they recommended going with the delete kit being as I already have the non vvt cam. I also asked about running this cam with the rectangular port heads and they said it'll run fine. So what I think I'll do is order the delete kit and run this cam. Then plan on getting a set of cathedral port heads soon, maybe sooner than later depending on inspection of the cam to see how the lifters are working. I'll definetly check out the bearings, and pray they look alright lol

I think youll be happier running more of an ls3 style cam but thats just me... Or even with a vvt cam.... Probelm with going to cathedral port heads is that you also need to swap intake as well......

Yeah I hear ya. It just sucks that I already have this one here and ready to go, and will work well with mods later on down the down. Maybe I'll look at tsp's website and look for a better cam I can exchange this one with
