Buddy I just ran the vin for you and I show you do have vvt but no dod not sure why a dealer would say you didn't. Below I have listed a parts list to help you make sure you have everything to remove the vvt. If you would like a price quote please pm me or give me a call.
LS3 front cover- which comes with gasket, seal bolts, cam sensor, and harness
ls7 cam sprocket
water pump gaskets
crank bolt
cam sprocket bolts.
