I think if yours is a 5.3 and above, it should be a direct fit... Im trying to get an LQ9 into the NNBS 4.8L... still waiting on someone to reply.. ur swap should seem so much more easier, same PCM, same trans, same accessories, only thing I know that might have to be changed is the the intake manifold and also water pump pulley to keep the same accessories.. (take a look at speartechs swap in the forums)

IIRC, the LS3 isn't the same pcm at all. E67 or E38?

(what SDPC says about the L92 6.2L in thier magazine)
the new motor in the denalis and escalades is in fact the 6.2L motor. the L92 refers to the HEAD design and has the L76 designed intake. it is an all aluminum motor with 6 bolt mains and variable valve timing. it has cast-aluminum rockers on needle bearings with roller tips. it produces 403 horsepower and 417 lb.-ft. of torque with a compression ratio of 10.5:1 with 70cc chambers.

(what SDPC says about the LS3 6.2L on thier website)
Starting with the '08 Corvette, the world was first introduced to GM's latest small block V8 creation – the 6.2-liter LS3. A continuation of the industry leading V8 engines from GM Powertrain, the LS3 kicks out 430 horsepower and 424 lb.-ft. of torque. (In the Corvette, those numbers go to 436 hp and 428 lb.-ft. of torque with the optional dual mode exhaust system.) It's a brute of a small block with 376 ready cubes at your beckon call.
